First Light Drop — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The First Light Drop (“Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Nori Labs LLC (“Nori,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Promotion is offered in connection with the Nori application and its Stardust rewards program.

This Promotion is sponsored solely by Nori Labs LLC.

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, affiliated with, responsible for, or involved in the administration of this Promotion or the awarding of prizes.

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to participate or win.

Purchasing Nori Plus does not guarantee a prize and does not improve a participant’s odds of winning through any mechanism other than the same expressly stated, lawful qualifying Stardust activity described in these Official Rules and available to all eligible participants.

Stardust cannot be purchased for the purpose of entering the First Light Drop.

Stardust is not cash, cryptocurrency, or legal tender and does not have a guaranteed monetary value.

Stardust used to determine First Light Drop eligibility is not deducted from a user’s balance.

3. Eligibility

The First Light Drop is open only to eligible registered Nori users who:

• are at least 18 years old;
• reside in an eligible jurisdiction in the United States;
• have an active Nori account in good standing;
• satisfy the Stardust entry requirements during the Promotion Period; and
• comply with these Official Rules and Nori’s applicable Terms of Service.

Employees, officers, contractors, and immediate household members of Nori Labs LLC may not participate.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Sponsor may determine eligibility and disqualify accounts reasonably believed to involve fraud, manipulation, duplicate accounts, automated activity, abuse of the Stardust system, or violations of Nori’s Terms.

4. Promotion Period

The First Light Drop begins:

August 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time

and ends:

August 26, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time

Entries must be earned and recorded before the end of the Promotion Period.

Nori’s authoritative server time controls eligibility and entry deadlines.

5. How Entries Are Earned

Eligible users unlock First Light Drop entries by reaching the Stardust thresholds shown above: 250 Stardust unlocks Entry #1, 1,000 Stardust unlocks Entry #2, and 2,500 Stardust unlocks Entry #3.

A maximum of three entries per eligible user may be received during the First Light Drop.

These thresholds are cumulative.

For example, an eligible user who reaches 1,000 qualifying Stardust during the applicable Drop will have unlocked two entries.

Stardust is NOT spent or deducted when an entry is unlocked.

Once validly unlocked and recorded, an entry remains associated with that Promotion subject to continued eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

Users cannot receive additional entries beyond the three-entry maximum by accumulating additional Stardust.

6. Stardust

Stardust is Nori’s internal loyalty and engagement points system.

Users may earn Stardust through qualifying activities defined by Nori.

Stardust does not represent U.S. dollars or any other currency and should not be interpreted as having a fixed cash exchange rate.

The First Light Drop entry thresholds establish eligibility for promotional entries only.

For example: 250 Stardust does NOT equal $5. It means that reaching 250 qualifying Stardust unlocks one entry into this Promotion.

7. Prizes

There will be three (3) winners total, receiving the following prizes:

• Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) $5 USD digital reward (ARV $5 each).
• One (1) winner will receive the Mystery Cosmic Reward (ARV $15).

MYSTERY COSMIC REWARD: One winner will receive a surprise digital reward with an approximate retail value of $15. The specific eligible reward may remain undisclosed until winner notification, but its approximate retail value is fixed at $15.

The Mystery Cosmic Reward is a guaranteed digital prize. It is not another sweepstakes, an additional chance to win, or an unspecified future opportunity.

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes: 2 × $5 digital rewards + 1 × $15 Mystery Cosmic Reward = $25 USD.

Specific reward brands, products, denominations, and availability may vary. Any brands referenced by Nori are examples only, do not guarantee availability, and do not indicate sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated otherwise.

No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion where necessary due to availability or other circumstances.

8. Winner Selection

After the Promotion Period ends, Nori will freeze the eligible-entry pool. Every valid entry will receive a unique identifier and equal weight in the applicable drawing.

Nori will use a server-side, cryptographically secure random-selection process to select potential winners from the frozen eligible-entry pool.

The Mystery Cosmic Reward potential winner will be selected first. After that selection, every entry belonging to the selected user will be removed from the remaining drawings.

The two (2) $5 digital-reward potential winners will then be selected sequentially. After each selection, every entry belonging to that selected user will be removed from subsequent drawings.

A participant may receive no more than one (1) prize during the First Light Drop.

Because users may unlock up to three entries, a user with multiple valid entries may have a greater chance of being selected than a user with one valid entry.

Nori will record appropriate audit information for the drawing, including the frozen pool, drawing timestamp, selection-process version, and selected entry identifiers.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners remain subject to eligibility verification, notification, timely response, and compliance with these Official Rules before a prize is awarded.

The drawing is scheduled to occur on:

August 27, 2026 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time

9. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

There are three (3) prizes available.

No representation or guarantee is made regarding an individual participant’s likelihood of winning.

10. Winner Notification and Claiming

Potential winners will be notified using the contact information associated with their Nori account and/or through an in-app notification.

Potential winners may be required to confirm eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary for prize fulfillment.

A potential winner must respond within 7 calendar days of the initial winner notification unless otherwise stated in that notification.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to satisfy these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

11. Prize Award Date

Prizes are expected to be awarded, or initiated for fulfillment, promptly after the drawing date and completion of winner verification.

Digital reward delivery times may vary depending on the specific reward and Nori’s manual fulfillment process.

12. Reward Fulfillment

Rewards are fulfilled manually by Nori Labs LLC.

Winners will receive their reward and any redemption instructions through Nori’s configured notification or contact method.

Digital-reward availability may vary. Any sample reward brands are examples only and do not guarantee availability. Nori does not claim any third-party API integration or third-party brand guarantee, and does not display unconfirmed third-party brand logos.

13. Fraud and Abuse

Nori reserves the right to investigate activity associated with the Promotion.

Participants may be disqualified for conduct including:

• creating or operating fraudulent or duplicate accounts;
• manipulating Stardust earning events;
• exploiting technical errors;
• using automated systems to generate qualifying activity;
• interfering with the Promotion;
• providing false eligibility information; or
• otherwise violating these Official Rules or Nori’s Terms.

Nori may invalidate entries resulting from fraudulent, reversed, erroneous, or improperly generated Stardust transactions.

14. Technical Issues

Nori is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, or improperly recorded because of circumstances outside Nori’s reasonable control.

If a technical issue affects the integrity or operation of the Promotion, Nori may take reasonable action necessary to protect participants and preserve a fair Promotion, subject to applicable law.

15. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the First Light Drop will be handled according to Nori’s Privacy Policy and used as reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion, determine eligibility, communicate with potential winners, prevent fraud, and fulfill prizes.

16. Apple and Google Disclaimer

The First Light Drop is sponsored and administered solely by Nori Labs LLC.

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, responsible for, affiliated with, or involved in the First Light Drop in any manner.

Google LLC and Google Play are not sponsors of, responsible for, affiliated with, or involved in the First Light Drop in any manner.

Participants release Apple and Google from responsibility relating to the administration of the Promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules.

Sponsor’s administration and interpretation of the Promotion will be conducted in good faith and consistent with applicable law.

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
